Not to mention the postpartum period! There are so many changes that no one really talks about. We are just expected to get through it on our own. But guess what, you don't have to! 1:1 Coaching Sessions
1:1 coaching sessions are very helpful for multiple reasons! There are a lot of things to keep track of during pregnancy. Managing prenatal appointments, birth interventions, and birth plans can be overwhelming to handle alone. I can educate, assist, or listen to any questions you may have. You can pick my brain and I will provide you with helpful hand outs, resources, or local like minded providers.

Welcoming your baby into this world is an incredible experience, but the postpartum period can also bring challenges as you navigate recovery and adjust to life with your new little one. Having a postpartum doula by your side ensures that you're supported emotionally, physically, and practically during this time.
During our visits, I can assist with newborn care, light household tasks, meal preparations, and emotional support. Whether you need help establishing feeding routines, troubleshooting sleep, or simply someone to listen, I am here to ease your transition. Overnight shifts are perfect for catching up on much-needed rest while I care for your baby, offering peace of mind throughout the night.
I offer both day shifts at $30 per hour and overnight shifts at $35 per hour, tailored to your family's unique needs.
